Return and Exchange Period
- Returns within 14 Days: You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchange Requests: You can also make your product exchange requests within 14 days.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Original Packaging and Content: Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging, complete and undamaged.
- Unused Products: Products must be unused and must not have lost their resalability.
- Invoice Submission: The original invoice or a copy of the invoice must be presented for returns.

- Product Shipment: After receiving approval, send the product to us via our contracted cargo company.
- Return Approval: Once we receive the product, it will be inspected and approved for compliance with the return conditions.
Return Shipping Charges
- Defective Products: For returns made due to errors caused by the product or us, the shipping fee is covered by our company.
- Other Returns: For returns caused by the customer, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
Refund Process
- Refunds according to Payment Method: Refunds are issued in accordance with the method of payment.
- Duration: Refunds will be made within 10 business days at the latest after return approval.
Exchange Conditions
- Product Stock: If the product you want to exchange is not available in our stocks, you can choose an alternative product or make a return.
